Form must be submitted 60 days prior to the event.
The Galilee Baptist Church MGM Fellowship Hall or Counting-To-One Building may not be used for the following
activities: Baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, anniversary parties and graduation open
houses. All other activities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
